KPM Berlin porcelain hand painted plaque depicts Mary Magdalena with her eyes cast upward, printed scepter and KPM marks, in a cast gilt bronze frame. KPM plaques are highly-glazed with enamel paintings on porcelain bases that were produced by Konigliche Porzellan Manufaktur (K.P.M.), the King’s Porcelain Factory, in Berlin between 1880 and 1901. Unlike canvas paintings that fade with time, these painted plaques retain their rich, vibrant colors and soft glowing skin tones indefinitely. Overall frame is 8” Long x 6 ½” Wide. Plaque Is 2 ¾” Long x 4” High
