Free shipping will be apply only on domestic purchase, again all items will be shipped only true USA and USA only. On the special free shipping promotion LR Antiques is not responsible for the shipping on all return items. Customer have to return the purchased items on its own expanse. Purchased product have to be return in the same condition as received, packed the same as received and fully insured. After careful examination refund will be issued only for the cost of items and item only. All the international shipping the special quotes have to be acquired and paid in full before the purchase will be shipped. Where do you ship? LR Antiques will ship to most street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. Because most of our products are shipped via FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. LR Antiques does not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. We will ship to oversee only to the port you will be responsible for deliveries from port to door on the large items. Tracking my package? We will send you an email notification when your package has shipped that will include tracking information. I’m missing items from my order? Your purchases may arrive in more than one package, this is due some items may need extra packing and crating. All items purchased from LR Antiques are packed and shipped from our warehouse. Does furniture take longer to arrive? Furniture orders often take longer to arrive due to the logistics of shipping larger pieces. In addition, most furniture pieces are delivered by crates to your door. You will be responsible for opening the crate and bringing the item(s) into your home ,store, office or etc… Does LR Antiques have a white-glove delivery service? Yes, our delivery service provides the option of gently delivering your purchase from freight to home or business. We will bring the item to the delivery address, perform light assembly (for instance, attach legs or insert hardware), and dispose of the packaging materials. Most furniture and items that are oversize, heavy, fragile can request white glove delivery. This may take longer then standard fright, due to the schedules of the shipping company. Once you receive a shipping notification email, a shipping company representative will call you within two to three weeks to schedule a delivery time.
