Pair of Country Chippendale Style Benches, Fruitwood, England, 1930’s

Pair of Country Chippendale Style benches with bottom-slat shelf. These benches have been constructed from fruit wood. The cushions have been reupholstered with a neutral linen fabric. The edge of these benches are surrounded with accent brass nail heads in rosette design.

Measurements: 25 ½” L x 17” W x 20” H.

These benches are in very good condition and are structurally sound. England, 1930’s

Statue is in very good and original condition. Paul-Édouard Delabrièrre (29 March 1829 – 1912) was a French animalier sculptor who worked in the mid-to-late 19th century and the early 20th century. He had 70 of his sculptures juried into the prestigious Salon art exhibition held annually in Paris. His monumental work called L'Equitation adorns the facade of the Louvre.
