19th century Louis XIII style upholstered armchair constructed out of European walnut, wide frame with camel back top, S-scroll arms hand carved and decorated with foliate and round floral rosettes, bottom portion supported by the hand carved paw feet connected in the front with wide elaborately carved panel, all four legs connected by beautiful turnings forming a strong H-Stretcher. Chair is very sturdy, very good condition for its age, recently reupholstered in light avocado green chenille fabric that has no stains, tears or holes.
