Antique French Boulle Louis XV Style Napoleon III Secretary Desk, 19th Century

19th Century Napoleon III period French Louis XV style, Boulle style secretary desk cabinet. The secretary has opulent brass marquetry on a background of red tortoiseshell with gilt bronze ornaments. Upper portion of the  cabinet have three drawers and center door with fitted shelve interior, each side has three graduated open shelves. There is a single open shelve above the door decorated with a pierced bronze gallery. The cabinet's bottom portion has a central drawer and a sliding writing top covered with green felt. The drawer is decorated in the same style as the cabinet's upper portion. It stands on and is flanked by S- shaped cabriole legs executed with bronze sabot feet. The cabinet is in excellent general condition. It had some restoration by antique renovation specialists, and is structurally sound. Antique French Display Cabinet 19th Century Circa 1880

Antique 19th century walnut vitrine, enclosing three adjustable shelves that are flanked by glass sides and have mirror back interior behind a glass door. Constructed and designed in Renaissance Revival style or Henry II, decorated with turned and twisted column, with hand carved decoration of mystical creatures with Satyr and hybrid lion features. The cabinet's crown is pierced and has finials, its back is inlaid with satin wood of ornamental design. The entire cabinet stands on four turned feet. This fine vitrine is in exceptional original condition throughout, ready to place at home, circa 1880.

A French Louis XV style carved walnut center table from the 19th early 20th century, with a variegated marble top, twisted ribbon molding and S-scroll carved legs. This exquisite French center table features its original variegated circular marble top with serpentine accents, resting upon a sinuous apron, adorned with gadroon ribbon motifs and four carved cartouches in the center of each side. Each knee is adorned with delicately carved foliage, gently leading the eye along the four curvy legs raised on stylish turned foot. The table's carving is very fine. Measurements are : 47" Dia. X 31" H

It features four carved and molded saber legs, ended with original brass casters. Stencil decoration of the griffin’s and cartouche on the front center apron. Swivel top reveals hidden compartment and open to a book match mahogany top. Table is in very good original condition for its age. Size - 40” w x 20” d x 28”h open top is 40” x 40"

This antique 19th century hand carved oak pedestal is ornately handled with animal and vegetal designs such as birds and grapes. Supporting the pedestal’s top surface are acanthus leaves and a pair of volutes in the form of an ionic capital. The pedestal’s undecorated heavy rectangular base emphasizes the elaborate nature of its carving. Pedestal /column is in very good condition for its age few minute losses/ chips to the carvings. Antique 19th century Dutch Baroque Kas or Armoire with two 2 doors. The chestnut piece has applied trim, and heavy paneled front doors and sides with a heavy molded cornice. All are raised on bold turned feet. The interior is fitted with built in shelves, Kas / Armoire is in the very good condition for its age all original hardware, lock and key. Very good condition for its age. Size : 57"W x 24"D x 76" H.

A set of six (6) 19th century French Louis XIV style matching  dining/kitchen chairs constructed in heavily carved crest, vertical slots, aprons and elegant legs with paw feet, original leather seats was recently reupholstered in off white color chenille fabric.  All is done in medium color oak finish, design and hand carvings executed in the best tradition of French craftsmanship. All six chairs in very good condition, structurally sound, no missing carvings, original finish. H. - 44 1/2" W. - 19" D. - 16" Seat H. - 19"

Antique Louis XV Oak Marble Top Sideboard, Buffet, Cabinet .19th Century. France.

19th century French marble top Louis XV style step front Cabinet - Buffet -Sideboard, constructed out of oak with three doors. Its central door is a carved medallion of scrolls and foliage, the two side doors below two pullout drawers have original beveled glass. At the bottom is an elaborate carved scalloped apron above short cabriole legs. The cabinet’s top surface has a white with gray wanes scalloped marble top, below elaborate splash top with caved cartouche, beveled mirror and parquetry medallions on each side. Original locks and keys are in working condition, all very good original condition. Size : 60" W x 26" D x Height including back splash is 67”, without is 41”.

Antique Louis XVI Display Cabinet, France 1890’s

An antique 19th century Louis XVI-style display cabinet in mahogany and satinwood veneer. Its door panels are inlaid with parquetry and bronze decorations.  The top of the display cabinet is finished with (3) white, black, and grey veined marble. The cabinet's two side doors have interior adjustable shelves. The central door has beveled glass that reveals a fitted mirror interior with glass shelves and light. Original locks and keys. Condition for its age is very good, the cabinet is structurally sound.

Antique Regency Louis XV style Presidential Bureau Plat Bronze -Ormolu Marble Top France 19th/20th C.

An Exceptional French Late 19th early 20th century Regency Louis XV style marble top  Presidential Bureau Plat. The three-drawer desk has a veneer as well as mounted Bronze ormolu. The rectangular marble top is inserted within an ormolu molded frame decorated with rocaille-cast clasps on each corner. At the scalloped shaped frieze is a central recessed drawer flanked by foliate Rococo C-shaped scrolls, and drawers on each side. Each drawer is elaborately bordered with foliate scrolled ormolu mounts with ormolu keyhole escutcheons. The back is similarly decorated with the same design on its three faux drawers. On each side are exquisite ormolu mounts of female masks amidst foliate patterns and ormolu frame. On the reverse side are three similar decorative false drawers. On each corner are richly chased mounts of helmeted female maidens, atop cabriole legs terminated with foliate wraparound ormolu acanthus sabots.

Antique set of six (6) upholstered dining chairs with shaped back and hand carved S-shape legs connected with X- stretcher decorated with finial and partially gilt  decoration. Recently upholstered in light gray color chenille fabric. All six (6) chairs are in very good condition for its age and all structurally sound. Two ( 2) armchairs 24" W x 20" D x 50" H seat height 21" Side chairs four (4) 21" W x  15"D x 43" h seat height 20"

Antique Walnut Buffet Sideboard Server Console Cabinet Four Drawer in Traditional Revival style. The buffet is constructed out of walnut and has the original marble top above four serpentine shape pull out drawers with original bronze hardware. Four tall cabriole legs are connected by a scalloped shaped apron on three sides. The cabinet in very good condition with all of the original finish and is very sturdy. Made in Italy around 1910s.
