A lovely antique 19th century Biedermeier period drop leaf walnut table of German, Austrian or Scandinavian origin. The table top is connected to the round pedestal that is attached to the shaped rectangular base which is supported by four short legs ending in animal claws or hooves. The table’s surface has large rectangular parquetry design and inlaid ebony trim around its edge, the table’s skirt is decorated with an inlaid fan design. There are some crevices in the wood that are appropriate with age, this table is in very good condition for its age and it is structurally sound. Probably German. Early 19th century

Size 36 1/2″ W x 28 1/2″D x 301/2″ H each drop leaf 11″W Total open 58 1/2″ W

The sideboard has a green Italian marble top. Its style is modern linear geometric design, with four cabinet doors behind which are interior adjustable shelves. There is a long drawer in the sideboard's center below the marble. Each cabinet door is decorated with a central medallion of floral marquetry and mother of pearl inlay. The entire structure is supported by four front ball feet and two strait feet in the back. Condition: is very sturdy, no damages or replacements, original hardware, keys and locks. Carved into the desk's top surface, into its apron sides and into its front are carved foliage scrolls with a single branch, accented with a black color. The desk is constructed out of exotic Lacewood. This desk is in very sturdy condition, it had minor professional restoration and repairs.
